Motorola is working on a 5G version of the foldable Razr 2019

The Motorola Razr 2019 is powered by an uninspiring Snapdragon 710 chipset, which among other things means no 5G connectivity. However, a subsidiary of Motorola Mobility is set to unveil a 5G version of the phone. It will be shown off at the Wuhan International Expo Center in the city of Wuhan. That's no coincidence as the phone will be manufactured there as well, at the Lenovo's factory in the city. It's not clear if the 5G-connected Motorola Razr will be sold globally, for now it sounds like a "no". EE is already taking pre-orders for the UK, Verizon will sell the phone in the US...
